Marriage Ministry for Avon Catholic helps each parish in two main ways. For newly engaged couples and/or those preparing for the sacrament of marriage, married couples help mentor, guide and answer questions related to the sacrament and wedding day. The Marriage Ministry team supports diocesan events and other date night opportunities taking place in our area.
Married couples with skill sets that relate to awareness of deadlines and willingness to have honest conversations with engaged couples are welcome to serve with us. Additional training for Prepare & Enrich may be provided.
